Analysis of Pump Efficiency and Feed Flow Under the Condition of Flexible Rate

In this paper, a flexible method of optimizing the velocity plunger is presented by selecting important oil well production parameters through orthogonal test and combining structural pump barrel. order to explore influence motion rate optimized on efficiency, law curves before after optimization were compared, efficiency was theoretically analyzed. The flow simulated model. Finally, pumping unit experimental system used fluid optimization. results show that under 3.7% higher than without considering other factors. model simulation analysis shows mass in single swabbing period condition increased, increased 4.9% compared with yield optimization, maximum increase 4.1%. are consistent theoretical results.
